Maintenance Plans

                                                      Standard Plan Rates

• Single or multiple system(s) one time visit. $115 per system

• Single or multiple system(s) twice a year visits. $179 per system

                                   Preventative Maintenance Plans Include:

• 15% off all non-warranty repairs

• Clear and flush the drain line and insert pan tablets.

• Test the drain safety switches.

• Wipe down the indoor system and vacuum the surrounding area.

• Inspect the indoor coil and blower.

• Visually inspect all electrical connections

• Verify the proper amp draw on all motors and compressors.

• Test the capacitors.

• Rinse the outdoor coil.

• Verify proper temperature split/rise. 

• Check refrigerant levels if necessary. 

• We will also check if the system is operating properly and efficiently. If we find any issues with your system, we will inform you and offer solutions.
